Recently, I had the privilege of working with Health and Fitness Equipment Center located in Mayfield, Ohio. Our Lake County West End Branch YMCA overhauled the entire weight room in the fall of 2006.

The project was volunteer-board driven with the help of several full-time YMCA directors. The meetings began in the winter of 2005 and continued through until completion of the project. With the help of Charles Herman (Health and Fitness), the board was able to see samples of weights that were considered and ask questions pertinent to the project. Mr. Herman’s accessibility and patience proved to be a valuable resource for our group.

When the day of delivery arrived, the employees from Health and Fitness were here to assemble all the new equipment. They were professional and knowledgeable with setting up the equipment, knowing exactly where and how each piece fit together. In addition, their offers to help carry and organize the equipment inside was met with a grateful response.

Mr. Herman, and the entire staff of Health and Fitness, exceeded our expectations in every way. From consulting and estimates to delivery and assembly, their company displayed the utmost in professionalism. I would not hesitate work with Health and Fitness again in the future.
