So runners are in great shape, right?

But now you can’t imagine running miles in the same spot every day for the rest of your life while staring at the wall? Not every person likes every type of exercise. Find one that you like, or even better mix up your exercise routines so they are as mentally interesting as they are physically stimulating. Not only does your brain get bored by repetitive exercise but your body does too. When you do the same movements over and over your body remembers them and works them in to muscle memory. That means it feels easier to do. This also means that your body is not working as hard. When it is not working as hard, you are not burning as much.
